Good kids books?

I am making a library of kids books for my 3 year old nephew for Christmas and I wanted some ideas on good books. He can read 1st grade books already, so anything from 1-5 grade so he doesn't grow out of them too fast.

The ones I have are:

The giving tree
Where the wild things are

Bunny Rabbit on the Moon is a fun one. It's about a bunny rabbit named Little Mookey who learns to paint, play music and sculpt. Every kid I have read it to loves the name "Little Mookey" and loves to go outside and see the bunny rabbit on a full moon after they read the story. Here is a link to a review- http://www.thereadingtub.com/displayBook.asp?id=1413.

You can actually read it for free at www.bunnyrabbitonthemoon.com
