How can i get my apt manager to fix my toddler daughters bedroom window and my heater promptly?
The window was broken when i was away and someone tried to break in, 8 weeks ago and my heater broke last thursday. i have a 2 year old and we are getting no where with the owner and manager. code enforcment came and said it would get done and it still is in the early 60s in my apt during the day. plus can i give them part of my pge bill and maybe take out some of the rent for lack of services of heat and window?
