What do I need to do to get full custody?
I dated a guy for about 3 months which resulted in my now 2-year-old daughter. I tried to involve him for the pregnancy and her first year, but I was tired of calling and no response. I've never asked for a penny. I recently got engaged and when word got out to him, he flipped out and aparently is fighting for joint custody. He didn't come see her in the hospital, come to her birthday parties, he haas only seen her once when I went to his house. She has a disorder that requires her to take medication everyday! I can not put her life in his hands. If he files for custody what are the chances he will get it. What can I do to protect my daughter.
He also mispelled her first name, didn't know her middle name and had the wrong birthday on the court papers. PLEASE HELP!
