Refund check question

The refund that the government is giving, if My daughter lives with me but every other year her dad is able to claim her as a dependant who will get the check? She lives with Me fulltime How will that be determained ? Last year 2006 i claimed her this year 2007 he claims her

Whoever claimed her got the check, so if he claimed her, then he gets the $300 check
