What is the gift for a 45th Wedding Anniversary?

Well Sapphire is traditional for 45th wedding anniversary but I don't think you want to go that route what about dinner reservations at a nice restaurant, or if they travel often some new luggage for them. Or a splurge on some wine or one of those 3 day gambling cruises.
