Work place relationships

I have been the subject of, now, 2 work place investigations in regards to my close working relationship with my female boss. We are both married and the first investigation by our workplace revealed nothing inappropriate. Now someone has launched another investigation for the same reason and I know the results will be the same, nothing found. My question to you is this:do I and my boss have any legal rights or recourse in regards to the unfounded claims. My boss is tired of this and has told me tonight that she is giving her notice tonight. Please help.

You should contact the EEOC EqualEmploymentOpportunity Commision you can file all the paper work through them on the grounds of hostile enviroment in your work place they will also protect you from wrongful termination.
