You should at least wear sheer hose. You can find them without the seam and reinforced toe. You could also get a pair of tights, they have them now with gold and silver glitter, festive for the holiday. They also have hose the have designs through them, or the sexy line up the back. But if it's cold enough for snow, then you should wear something on your legs if you're wearing a tea lenght skirt, no matter what kind of shoes you wear.
