Ok, don't panic, the grayish and watery is very NORMAL cat vomit, and nothing to worry about, this is caused by excessive grooming. The yellow and green is often associated with excess hormones in cats in heat. This may happen several times during the heat cycle. I, of course, must first recommend you have your cat spayed as soon as possible, this will prevent unwanted litters, uterine infections, as well as several forms of cancer in your cat later. Beyond that, watch for bloody vomit, bloody or mucusy stool, watery eyes, and lethargy, if your cat develops any of these symptoms, see your vet ASAP. If you need contacts for low cost spay clinics, please let me know where you live and I will be happy to recommend one.
