Usually - property you brought in to the marriage gets to leave with you. But factors and different State laws can change that. 2 weeks before the marriage could have the judge look at it as it was something you purchased for you and her for the marriage. Does she have a car? Do you have any children? Thier are so many different factors to take into consideration that could change the course of what anyone says here. Since you are getting a divorce talk to your attorney about it. Until the Judge makes a determination, the car remains with you as it is in your name and not hers - law enforcement would provide you backing on this.
