About medicine

I have a bad sore throat and feel achy. i have some doxycycline and clarithromycin. Would either of these help my symptoms?

Doxycycline and clarithromycin. are a very good med for throat infections and sinus infections, any time a soft tissues are infected like the throat or things of that nature this is good meds to relieve the pain, and clear up the infections.
