Tips on buying seafood.

I want to include more fish in my diet and I would love to start cooking with seafood. Is buying it from the supermarket ok? Or should I find a fish market? Are there certain days that are best to buy fish and how long is the food good for? Can seafood be frozen?

I usually buy groceries once a week. If that helps.

Also, don't forget that you shouldn't by shellfish in any month without an R in the name (May, June, July and August). Simple to remember and you get better stuff that way.
