My son was 3 before he was potty trained. I really didn't make a big deal about it. Although I felt the pressure of all the other Moms who were "successful" A lot is personality. My son is strong willed and likes to control things. Does he like to listen to stories. I read a lot of books pertaining to that. Just try real hard not to get stressed. He will pick up on your stress. I know it's hard. But they do get potty trained. When my son was ready, he was ready. He probably had 2 accidents and he never wore pullups at night. Good luck.
