Downward curving fingernails

My mom is 83 years old. She in in good health, no heart problems or lung problems. High Colesterol only. Her fingernails are curving downward and she is concerned. They are not discolored or deformed.
What is the name of this problem and can it be corrected.

Downward curving nail ends- may denote heart, liver, lung / respiratory problems or arsenic poisoning. Let's hope it's not the arsenic. Well any of those. She should just keep them clipped and let her doctor figure out the bigger issues of her health.
