Can I have Blue and green for main colors, but orange and yellow flowers?

My fiance` and I had to move our wedding date because of us both being deployed to different places. When it comes down to the wedding colors we want a bright blue (around the sky family) and a sage green. But I've always loved orange flowers. Would it be too much if I still carried an orange and yellow boquet?

You can absolutely do this. Perhaps you incorporate the blue and/or green into the ribbon tie on your bouquet. Or incorporate blue and/or green into the aisle flowers. Also, talk to your florist they will help you come up with great ideas to incorporate all the colors so that it's beautiful.
