General is it like that dont buy at the end of the week there is a bigger chance that you become the old fish from the weekend when u buy fish never smell like fish thats the first point if you buy whole fish you need to look for the kiem that they are dark red the eyes must be clear and the skin is wet and slimy when u look at all this points you can be sure that you have realy fresh fish

Tips on buying seafood.
I want to include more fish in my diet and I would love to start cooking with seafood. Is buying it from the supermarket ok? Or should I find a fish market? Are there certain days that are best to buy fish and how long is the food good for? Can seafood be frozen?
I usually buy groceries once a week. If that helps.
