Employee Rights

Today I had a meeting with my Supervisor, Union Field Rep. and the Head of Human Resourses. I was accused by the Head of Human Resources of defrauding my Employer, but I was not fired. Do I have grounds for a lawsuit?
Thank You,
Sherry

It does sound like unintentional defrauding, which is probably why you weren't fired. A simple mistake on your part and your employers. I would let it go at that.
