Should I go to the E.R.

I had my son 9 weeks ago and recieved the depo injection before leaving the hospital. I have not stopped bleeding since having my son. In the last 2 days, I have been bleeding heavier, throwing up, and I have a great deal of pain inmy lower abdomin. My obgyn will not see me until tomorrow.
Should I got to the E.R?

Thank you all for your help. I do have insurance but was not wanting to spend $100.00 @ the E.R. I ended up waiting for the O.B. appt. My doctor ended up giving me a light dose painkiller (So I could continue to breast feed) and a birth control pill that is supposed to help stop the bleeding. Doc said it was just my first true "cycle" after the baby, but that if the bleeding doesn't lighten up in the next few days to go to the hospital.
