Do I have to pay child support if I was tricked into a pregnancy?

My girlfriend claimed that she could not get pregnant due to a medical condition and told me that it was not necessary to use a condom. I have since found out that she was on fertility medicine and now she is pregnant. I do not want a child and feel that she tricked me. To make matters worse I have found out that she is married! She says that the baby is mine.

First, you'll need to have a paternity test completed once the baby is born. You would have to prove the malicious intent of deception (saying above that she's your girlfriend defeats that) however, as difficult as that is - courts view consenting adults take all risks whether pregnancy occurs or not - otherwise a father is the father and will have the financial responsibility, and she could seek child support.
