There are a couple different ways to get into medical sonography. I looked at doing this my senior year of high school. Some train in hospitals, vocation-technical institutes, colleges, universities and the military.
Colleges and universities have 2 and 4 year programs for either associates or or bachelors. 2-year programs are most common, but as with anything the more education you have the more you will get paid and the more competitive you will be.
