Baby acne

My daughtr is breaking out all over her face, scalp ,neckline and shoulder blades. it turns red and scabs and start flaking off. what is it and what can I do to help it go away? she is 1 month old

I am a mother of 5 and have delt with this the baby is just trying to regulate her own body chemesty after having you hormones and such running thru her body as for the drying i highly recommend eucerin cream you can get it at any drug store very safe and you only need a little and in time her skin will find its balance
