Wage and Tax Statement

I left a job in April of 2007, and my employer sent me a W2 form saying I made 9,399.00 from Janurary to April. I never recieved a paycheck from the employer. I was a waitress for this employer for four years.

Dear Angelo, make sure to contact that Employer, and show him/her that W-2. Also, make sure that they give you all dates of checks that they claim mail to you. Even if it is tips for waitressing - where did they document your money???? Good luck!
