Well since it is summer you should buy chips and drinks for sure. And I too am having a Bday party for my fiance and we are grilling out with hamburgers, hot dogs...etc.
Now depending on the size of your pool you can get diving sticks very cheap at walmart and it is a rather fun game.

Pool party ideas?
I'm having a birthday party on June 19, 2009. It's a pool birthday party. I need some ideas for what we can do. I already though of the idea of a float race where u jump on my floats and see how far they can go. And Marco Polo and Sharks and Minnows. What else can I do? Oh and we're having a dance party in our basement with our disco ball. Also what foods should I buy?
