Binge Diet
I'm looking for a binge diet that works. I know they aren't healthy and don't give lasting results, but I need to lose 10-15 lbs quick. I am healthy, eat good and exercise, but need to get these few extra pounds gone fast. My mom had one back in the 80's that worked real good for her, but she won't tell me what it is and I can't remember what I saw her eating.
