I truly feel for you, I have been in your situation and finaly had to have both ovaries removed as well, and while they were in there they did find endometrial tissue on my bladder and stomach, it didn't need removed once my ovaries were gone as there was nothing left to trigger the tissue to bleed.

What is causing this pain?
I have had a dull achy crampy pain in lower abdomen that travels to my lower back with a pain in the area just below my ribs in the middle. I also feel nasueous. It feels as the pain in by abdomen is a pressure that pushes up to my area just below my ribs. At times the pain is not so dull.
This is not a new pain for me I get these symptoms just about every month. It interfers with my work and I take a sick day.
I had a hysterectomy 1.5 years ago, just the uterus.
I don't understand why all these symptoms keep returning.
