How do I write a notification letter?
Texas states that I need to write a letter stating that I am suing them and why. I had a roofer who did not complete the job, kept asking for more money, until he as terminated. The engineer told him the job was ok and passed the roof for completion. We had the windstorm people come and inpect and they did not pass it. The engineer simply stated, "Oh that was a mistake to call them." He refused to provide anything in writing. Do I sue them both?
