Help!

Dealer that sold me used defective car that would not start after 2nd day replied to my complaint with BBB in the first reply from this dealer they mentioned one thing and in the second reply mentioned the same thing as something totaly diff which in turn was untrue what can I do about this?

First response to bbb from complaint which is not true was that when the car was returned because of it's defects there was some light damage on the driver side which did not happen in the presence of me or my fault?

The second response a week later was there is large black scratch marks on the driver side!

These are a week apart and a lie. I had bought the car aug 01 and returned car for defects aug 24th with agreement from dealership because of the defects and me having so many attempts to fix and go back and fourth to the dealer

I do have all info as well as all contracts 30 day 1000 mile inspected items only but dealer told me before even leaving lot the car ran great and was in very good condition for being 8 years old. There was alot of thing's I noticed after returning the car and a little before that shows me this dealer is trying to do me wrong and keep my money! I payed the downpayment and only received half of it back in form of a check and was signed by dealer and now they are saying it is a volentary possesion though they agreed to take the car back due to it's defects of not running?

Please help me as I need some opinions or advice Thankyou s

Their are consumer laws enacted by the state one is decpetive sales practice. Again the state's attorney general's office has a consumer protection division. You should call them and discuss your problem. They not only enforce laws they can steer you in the right direction. Check this website out www.marylandlemonlaw.net/
