Error message "error loading c:\windows\system32\bxdseoh.dll"

Why do I get this error message after booting my system and before I can open any program. If I press "okay", I can proceed to load programs.

Your system seem to be damaged by a software or a virus. Use the windows xp restore/install CD to fix it.
