Download & install the new Microsoft software and run a scan to make sure your computer is clean from virus'

After you've finished the scan, if you still get the error that means that a programme that you have on your computer is looking for this .dll
Download & install Microsoft Autoruns which allows you to turn off bootup items one by one to see which one is causing the problem
