The only diet i have saw and used that works is counting your calories. It makes sense burn more calories than you consume equals weigt loss

Alli the new diet pill
I need to know if all the bathroom that you are doing is it any weight that you are losing or is it just cleaning out your colon..I've been on it for a month and lost 5 pounds such a slow process.I heard nothing but bad things about Alli so i thought that i would give it a try and i like the fact that it doesn't mess with your head or your heart.But the losing weight part is so slow and it does cost alot of money..I would like to know if these pills have worked for anyone or is it just a waste of money,or should i give it more time..Thank You For Your Time and Help..
