Yes, it is POSSIBLE, but highly unlikely. The failure rate is only 1.4% as a recent study found that out of 10,000 women who had their tubes tied and burned only 143 got pregnant. There are a couple things that increase those odds:
1) If you had your tubes tied right after a c-section
2) If it has been more than 10 years since you had your tubes tied
If you are 2 weeks late a pregnancy test should be able to tell you by now if you are pregnant or not. Good luck!
