Yes you can. Just go to the county court and file for a name change. I Think it costs around $80-$100, but the county clerk can tell you for sure. Then be sure to amend her birth certificate and get a new social security number. Luckily at 3 there isn't a whole lot of documentation in her name so the change should be pretty easy.
