I urge you to get a physical. Something may be preventing you from loosing weight. Anything from high blood pressure to a thryroid condition could be the cause.
there is no miracle cure to loose weight. It's simple math. How many calories you take in versus how many you burn. I would reccommend that you find a sport you enjoy. For me it was inline skating. Once you enjoy the sport this sort of exercise is fun and doesn't seem like work or exercise.
Eat Healthy, include lots of fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water, get good rest. Good sleep has been related to weightloss in studies. Take 3 days out of the week to do some toning exersises, or weights. it will strengthen your muscles and in turn make you more tone and more prone to loose weight.
