I agree with skoolie. Simply being active will help more than you think. I think we forget that there are a lot of fun ways to be active if you aren't the 60 min of treadmill cardio kind of gal. Join an adult kickball leauge, take up belly dancing, go out dancing with your girlfriends a couple times a week, walk to the grocery store every couple of days instead of one big trip every week, walk to work, etc. There are a lot of ways just to get active that don't involve a bally's membership. I think the best thing anyone can do for their health is disconnect cable!
