Id say the shifting fork is worn bad , and its hung btween gears, if you can get some one to shake the tractor back and forth , and you tey to shift the gears you might be able to unstick it, if not take the top off the transmission and see if you can find where its at, and take a long handelsof meatal and push in on the clutch and trick it out, with mocing the gears. if not you might need a nrew fork installed
