I have been making payments every week to catch up but now co. wants a one time payment of $10,000. or they will stillpick up auto. can they do that?

Can they still do that?

Yes they are calling in the loan , because you broke the terms , try to call them and talk to them , and tell them you will pay ahead , if you can , but in the fine print they can still do this ,
