Birds do this for many reasons, we become concerned when they pluck themselves bald, but are you sure your bird is plucking them out and not just grooming and molting? molting is a natural necessary exfoliation process for birds. Some birds pluck because of stress or boardom, but most birds pluck themselves bald due to illness. You should have your bird checked by a qualified vet (I do big birds, but not little ones) Look for a vet who specializes in Avians. http://www.aav.org/vet-lookup/ And if all is well, follow Jodi's bored bird tips above.
