What is the best mascara

What is the best mascara? I have tried so many and they clump and they don't lengthen. I keep wasting money. what do you use and have found a great deal

I'm with you mahalo.....I've tried many different mascaras and always find myself going back to the basic maybeline great lash. It's cheaper than some of the other brands and works just great for me.
