There is not alot you can do this happens often. Have you tried talking with her mother? I would talk to the children and try to see whats going on. i know that my sons ex sends the children over to him with no clothes and he had to buy them clothes and keep at his house. He sent them home in what they came over in. If you are worried that their not properly cared for then you can always go back to court. Check with family members and see what is going on It is hard to believe a loving parent would do this so my concern would be with the parent and see what her promblem is. Good luck

Child support not spent on children
Ex-wife sends children over with clothes from neihbors/friends. That do not fit the children. I pay 195.00 dollars every week for child support, yet she will not buy clothes for them! Often sending womens pants for nine year old son. How can I change this!
