Has the money helped yet,

Do you think the rebates have started to help , and if you do , how has it helped , and do you think it will get us back on our feet here in the usa, do you think we need another rebate, and who do you think is paying for this money,

The rebates will not help because most people receiving them are over their heads in credit card bills and having to spend more and more on oil-derived products and services every day. That is where the rebates are going; not towards the purchases of real consumer goods. The rebate is essentially a joke. The people who earn enough money to have discretionary income to spend on durable goods that would help the economy didn't even get rebates.

This is just another government program gone wrong.
