I have a my space and it won't let me do anything unless i verify my email address and i don't know how to do that or what that means. can you pleas help me?

What you need to do is submit your e-mail address in the space provided by them, and you'll receive an e-mail in your account.. This e-mail will include a link which you click and that verifies your e-mail address.
