How do i treat pimples.

I have pimples on my face and they are giving me so much worry cos its not been long i started noticing them.are there any recomended treatment;say cream or anything.thanks

You can buy benzoyle peroixide in tubes in any drugtore- most brands have their own, 10% . it cheap and a spot treatment
