Can someone help me?

I want my legal gaurdians rights to be terminated and I live in michigan so I have no Idea how I can keep my aunt from continuing to be my legal gaurdian all I know is I don't want her to be my gaurdian anymore I want to go back home and be with my mom which is in georgia not michigan so can someone help me?

I beleive you would have to file that with your court system in your state and then have to give reason why.Plus I think you would have to prove your Aunt unfit to take care of you.
