My Daughter married an A##-H**# and he will not let me see my GD

I raised my granddaughter since birth for the first two years of her life and have been very close to her. The child is not his biologicle father, but he doesn't care for me because the child at two started telling me he touched her and would make her do things to his private. I confronted my daughter and nothing was done, it's been a back and forth situation but I was still spending time with GD, just recently out of no where he said I was done and i would no longer see my GD, this after she started crying very histerically at her 5th birthday party, she clung to my clothes and cried histerically in front of others there to please let her come with me, even after the mom said no she insisted and yelled to please take her with me. I questioned both of them out loud why would she be acting this way, he said, she wasn't coming with me and that was it No. What can I do, and so I have a right to see her through Grand Parents Rights.

Grandparents don't have any rights. However you can notifly CPS and file a report against him and tell them what your granddaughter has told you. They will go to the home and investagate. These are very serious alligations and the courts can place the child in your home or a family members home until this has been resolved. They will talk with the child and there are ways that they can get to the truth without the child being aware or afraid. Do this ASAP for your grandaughters sake.
