Medical responsibilities

I know I am responsible for half of all medical. Am I responsible for non court ordered counseling for my child. Also, what about braces?

Are the braces in the contract for what you are responsible for?

you could probably deny it if it isn't. but your ex will probably fight you on it, and try and take you to court over it.

you could always pay it, it is for your kid, and these are things that kids need.
