I played in a band since I was 13 yrs of age, I left the band when I turned 21, We released 2 CD'S and are still selling, Can they still
use Music?

You are entitled to a fair percentage of the profits seen from those CD's. Even if you left the band your work is still turning a profit. Dave Mustaine still gets checks from his old Metallica days because people still buy those albums. The same principle applies here.
