I second the carmen electric tapes. A friend of mine loves them and she gets a good work out and has something to show her boyfriend later.
They do offer striptease areobic classes in certain cities. Another thing my friend is into is belly dancing. She also applies that to her strip tease routines.
Check out dance studios in your area that offer these types of classes.

How do I learn to do these? Can i learn from online? From a book? Do I have to go to a stripper joint to learn from strippers?
