Tensioner assemble

I have a 98 G Caravan 3.3 with air. The tensioner assemble seems to be screeching, exspecially in the morning. I would like to fix this myself. It seems to screw on or has a nut on the back of a threaded bolt where I can't see it . It seems like the assembly would hit other pulleys while threading on or do you take the pully off the assembly before putting on? any other ideas, it seems hard to get to with any convensional tools I have.

Only some of belt tensioners are repairable before you take it apart check with an auto parts store to fine out if yours is repairable or an assembly and some are dealer only ==if you have an auto zone they will give you the brake down and replacement steps ==according to their ads
