Child Support

My son makes $182.00 per week and pays $195.00 per week in support. We are paying his rent so he still has a home. How can the state of ME do this and what can he do?

It sounds as if he needs to have his child support adjusted. In most states the maximum they can take is 30% of your paycheck as parents need to be able to live as well. He needs to contact child support services to have his payments refigured.
