that secured contract investments are very risky by nature, as you are putting stock so to stay, into a company. yes, you could make alot of money on them, but generally companies don't do this unless they are in financial trouble.
so it is possible that you could lose $10,000 if you invested that much. they are a high risk and and high yield investment.
