Its a good idea to get her checked out by a vet. As dogs get older their bones get more brittle just like people's do. So she could have hurt herself. Check to see if she has anything stuck between her paws or in her pads. She sounds to be pretty healthy so taking her to the vet would help her contunue on a healthy long life.

Why has my greyhound begun to stumble while on our walks?
She is eleven and has no health issues. Within the last 4 or 5 months, I have noticed that she stumbles with her hind right leg. It doesn't appear to be hip-related as it seems that her paw sort of buckles and she rolls over it. This began as an occasional thing but has increased. It now happens every few minutes of our walk. She otherwise has no orthopedic concerns as she is still capable of letting it rip.
